YouTube, synced in one go
Connect once, tick the playlists you want, and watch the sync work through them. Run it again later and it only adds what's new.

Private beta · invite-only
One private library for the videos, links and posts you save on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and across the web. Search it, file it into folders, and watch it without jumping between apps.
The problem
A video in Watch later. A reel in Facebook’s Saved. A link you sent yourself in a chat. Every app keeps its own pile, with its own search, and none of them talk to each other.
So the thing you saved for later is the thing you can’t find later. KlipVault puts it all in one place that’s yours.
Every source
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, your browser's bookmarks, your phone, or a pile of links. Each comes in its own way, and all of it lands in one library.
The extension is for Chrome on a computer and comes from the Chrome Web Store, by link: it isn't listed in its search. Facebook and Instagram saves, and YouTube's Watch later, come in when you import them; they don't sync by themselves.
How it works
Bring your saves in once, keep them in order, and watch them in one place.
Pull in what you've already saved, then keep adding from wherever you find things.
Give everything a place, or don't — search finds it either way.
Line videos up in a playlist and play them straight through, without leaving the page.
Features
Bring it in from where it already lives, and it stays tidy once it’s here.
Connect once, tick the playlists you want, and watch the sync work through them. Run it again later and it only adds what's new.
Open a Saved collection on your computer, scroll it, and press Import to KlipVault in the extension. Importing it again adds only the new ones.
Desktop Chrome extension
Drop in any text and every link in it is found — up to a thousand at once. Or upload a CSV or text file.
Share straight to KlipVault from any app: from the installed app on Android, or with a Shortcut on iPhone.
Search reads titles, creators, captions and your own notes. Filter by source, folder or the day you saved it, and sort the list your way.
The same video from a playlist, a paste and your phone is still one item — with its folder, tags and notes intact.
What you watch, what you read and the posts you keep each get their own side, with their own folders and tags. A post opens in a reader with its words and pictures.
Nest folders up to five levels deep, give each one a colour and an icon, and drag them into the order you like.
Rename a tag, merge two into one, or clear out the ones nothing uses any more, in one place.
A link shows its site's logo until you give it a picture: upload one, paste or drop it, use the site's own, or take a screenshot of the display you choose.
Browse a section's folders as tiles with a peek at what's inside, open one with a double-click, select several with Ctrl or Shift, and right-click for everything else.
The player
Put videos from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok in one playlist and watch them back to back. No switching apps, no hunting for the next one.
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok videos play inside KlipVault, not in another tab or app.
When a YouTube, Facebook or TikTok video ends, the next one begins, whichever site it is from. Instagram moves on when you skip to the next one.
A red bar shows how far you got in each video, and YouTube, Facebook and TikTok videos carry on where you stopped. A playlist opens at the first one you haven't seen.
On your phone
On a phone, KlipVault works the way your phone already does: swipe through videos, hold to select, swipe to archive, and share in from any app.
Reels and tall videos play one at a time, filling the screen. Swipe up for the next one.
Hold an item to select it and tap others to add them, or keep holding and move it onto a folder.
Swipe a row away to archive it. Changed your mind? Undo is right there.
Send a link from any app's share sheet: the installed app on Android, a Shortcut on iPhone.
AI suggestions
Press Suggest with AI on a video, or on a whole selection. KlipVault suggests a category, a few tags, a one-line summary and a folder, even a new one, and nothing moves until you say so.
Early access. Switched on for some accounts while KlipVault is invite-only.
Up to three tags, each marked with a sparkle, and one of twenty categories you can filter by.
One line on what it is, and search can read the summaries too.
A folder you have, or a new one it proposes, ready for a yes or a no.
Select a batch, press once, and review the folders it suggests together.
Find a video by what it's about, even when the words don't match, or ask in plain words and get the filters.
Sort a whole section into folders while you do something else, and get a topic from your own videos each day, ready to play.
Privacy
Your saves are a record of what you care about. KlipVault treats them that way: it keeps as little as it needs, shows it only to you, and lets you take it with you.
KlipVault keeps the link, the title and your notes. It never downloads or re-hosts a video. The thumbnails point back to where they came from; the only picture it keeps is a cover you add to a link yourself.
No YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok player or script loads while you browse your library or read a video's details. Only the thumbnails load, straight from where they came from, without saying which page asked. The platform hears about a video when you press play.
Every item belongs to your account, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone else. Share a playlist or a folder and people see its videos, never your notes or tags. Connected accounts are stored encrypted.
Export everything as JSON or CSV at any time. Disconnecting an account never deletes what it brought in.

Any link. YouTube, Facebook and TikTok videos, and Instagram reels, also play inside KlipVault.
Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, X and LinkedIn posts get their own section, Posts, and open in a reader with their words and pictures. Everything else — an article, a recipe — is saved, searchable and filed like the rest, and opens on its own site when you want it.
No. It keeps the link, the title, the thumbnail's address and your own notes. The video stays where it was posted and plays from there.
Instagram, yes: the same Chrome extension imports a Saved collection, the way it does for Facebook. Open it on your computer, scroll through it, and press Import to KlipVault. It doesn't sync by itself.
TikTok doesn't let other apps read your saved posts. You can still paste or share its links in, one at a time or a thousand at once, and a TikTok video you save plays inside KlipVault.
With a small extension for Chrome on your computer. Open one of your Saved collections on Facebook, scroll through it, and press Import to KlipVault.
The extension reads the links already on the page. It doesn't scroll, click or sign in for you. It comes from the Chrome Web Store, by link: it isn't listed in its search.
Yes. Import a bookmarks file from any browser, or let the extension keep Chrome, Edge or Brave in step: pick the folders, and bookmarks you add there come in by themselves.
Each account uses one way for Chrome, so your bookmarks keep one folder and one set of rules. Importing them straight from your Google account isn't open yet: Google reviews that kind of access first.
KlipVault asks YouTube for read-only access: it can see your playlists and liked videos, and it can't post, delete or change anything. The key is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time without losing what was imported.
Paste a link to a public YouTube playlist and it comes in as a KlipVault playlist of its videos, ready to play. Watch later doesn't open to other apps, so it comes in with the extension instead: open it on YouTube on your computer and press Import to KlipVault. Mixes can't come in either way.
You can also follow a channel or a playlist without connecting anything: paste its link, press Follow, and its new videos arrive by themselves in New. A blog or news site with a feed can be followed the same way, its new articles arriving in Links.
Yes, and it feels like an app there: swipe through tall videos like reels, hold an item to select it, and swipe a row away to archive it.
To save from other apps, add KlipVault to your home screen on Android and it appears in the share sheet; on iPhone, a Shortcut puts it there.
Yes. Export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you like. A JSON export can be imported back with its folders, tags and favourites.
Press Suggest with AI on an item or a selection, and it proposes a category, up to three tags, a one-line summary, a folder and, when a title says little, a better one. The tags go on straight away, marked with a sparkle; the folder and the title wait until you accept them. Key points sums up a video or a link in up to three points.
Search by meaning finds things by what they're about, not only by their words, and Ask turns a question into filters. Group them sorts your unfiled items into suggested folders, the app points out possible duplicates, and Rediscover offers a topic from your own videos each day, ready to play as a playlist. Keep a folder out of AI and nothing in it is sent. You can remove every AI suggestion in Settings.
It's in early access, switched on for some accounts while KlipVault is invite-only. When you press it, the item's title, caption, channel, your note and its link go through OpenRouter to Anthropic's Claude, with the names of your tags and folders so it can reuse them. Never the video or the picture. For search by meaning, each item's title, channel, part of its caption and your note go through OpenRouter to OpenAI's embedding model. The privacy page lists what each feature sends.
Press Feedback at the top of the app (the lightbulb on a phone). Say what happened, and add a screenshot if it helps.
A screenshot the app takes shows the page as you saw it; you can remove it, or upload a picture instead, before you send. You can see and delete what you sent in Settings.
KlipVault is invite-only for now. Leave your email and you'll get a short confirmation now, then one message when there's a place for you — nothing else.
