Terms of service

KlipVault is a product of SpiderTags, a registered business in Sri Lanka. Its address and how to reach it are at the end of this page.

KlipVault is invite-only for now: you need an invitation to make an account. You must be at least 16 years old.

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that mailbox safe. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done with it; if you think someone else is using it, tell us.

KlipVault keeps the links you choose to save, with their titles, pictures, notes, tags, folders and playlists, so you can find and watch them again. Videos play in each platform’s own player: KlipVault does not copy or host anyone’s videos.

A saved video or post stays on the platform it came from. If its owner deletes it, makes it private, or the platform stops letting other sites show it, it may no longer play or open in KlipVault.

What you add (your notes, titles, tags, folders, playlists and covers) stays yours. You give SpiderTags permission to store, copy and show it only to run KlipVault for you and for the people you share with, as the privacy policy describes.

You are responsible for what you save, write and share, and for having the right to share it. When you share a playlist or folder, or turn on a public page, the people you chose, or anyone with the link, see what the Share box says they will.

Don’t use KlipVault to break the law or anyone’s rights, to send spam or harmful material, or to harass anyone. Don’t try to reach other people’s data, to break, overload or copy the service, or to get round its limits, and don’t resell it without our written permission.

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Bluesky, LinkedIn and the websites you save are run by others, under their own terms. When you connect an account or play something from them, their terms apply as well. SpiderTags is not responsible for their content, or for whether they keep working with KlipVault.

Some accounts have AI features, such as suggested tags and folders, search by meaning and key points. They are optional and can be switched off in Settings. Their answers can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them. What they send, and to whom, is in the privacy policy.

KlipVault is free while it is invite-only. If paid plans come, their prices and what each includes will be shown before anything is charged, these terms will say how payment works, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

KlipVault is young and keeps changing: features may be added, changed or ended. We work to keep it running, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. When a change takes away something you use, we will tell you in advance where we can.

You can export your library and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account), which removes everything in it. SpiderTags may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why where it reasonably can.

KlipVault is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, SpiderTags is not liable for indirect losses, for lost data you could have exported, or for content on other platforms. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka. If you use KlipVault as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live, and can bring a claim in your own country’s courts.

When these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top says when. For a change that matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
