Import your saves from Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

Bring in a Facebook or Instagram Saved collection, or YouTube's Watch later and Liked videos, with the browser extension.

Facebook and Instagram don't let other apps read what you saved, and YouTube doesn't let them read Watch later. So the browser extension reads the list you open yourself, when you press Import.

  1. In KlipVault, open Settings, then Instagram, Facebook & YouTube saves. Under Open your Saved page, press the button for the list you want 1.

  2. On Facebook or Instagram, open a collection. Facebook's Saved items and Instagram's All posts can be imported too. On YouTube, open Watch later, Liked videos or one of your playlists.

  3. Scroll to the bottom. The extension imports only what has loaded on the page.

  4. Click the KlipVault icon: on a page it can import, it shows a small dot. Check the Folder and the Playlist, then press Import to KlipVault.

The extension then says how many are new, how many were already saved, and where they went.

What comes in, and where

  • Videos and reels go to Videos, into the folder and playlist you chose. Only unfiled ones move into the folder.
  • Videos only is ticked to begin with. Untick it to bring in posts too: they go to Posts, into a folder with the same name.
  • Up to 500 at a time.
  • Import the same list again later, and only what is new is added, to the same folder and playlist.
