Save a link
Paste a link into the Save dialog, and give it a folder, tags or a note if you like.
Any link can be saved: a video, a post, an article. Only the link is needed. Everything below it in the dialog is optional.
On a computer, press Save a link at the top of your library 1. On a phone, tap the round + in the middle of the bar at the bottom.
Paste the link into Link 2. On a phone, Paste link puts in the link you copied.
If you like, fill in the rest: a title under What is this?, a Folder, Tags and a Note 3. A video can also go straight into a Playlist.
Press Save 4. The dialog says Saved and where it was filed.
Where it goes
KlipVault picks the section from the link: a YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok video goes to Videos, a Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, X or LinkedIn post to Posts, and anything else to Links. With no folder chosen, it is Unfiled.
A picture for a web link
For a web link, the dialog also has a Cover field. See Give a link its own cover.
