Reconnect YouTube

Google sometimes stops accepting a connection, for example when the access you gave has expired or was removed in your Google account. Your saved videos stay; only new ones stop coming in.

   Open Settings → YouTube. A red line says YouTube stopped accepting this connection, and Sync now has become Reconnect.

   Press Reconnect and say yes on Google's screen. Then sync as usual.

When connecting doesn't finish

• This Google account has no YouTube channel yet: you can still connect and add playlists by link. See Connect YouTube.
• YouTube access was not ticked on Google's screen: press Connect again and tick View your YouTube account.
• You declined the connection: nothing was changed. Press Connect when you are ready.
