Favourites and the archive
Star what matters most, put away what you are done with, and delete for good.
At the bottom of an item's details are its quick actions 1: the star for Favourites, Archive, and the bin to delete it.
Favourites
- Press the star to add a save to your favourites; press it again to take it off. A favourite's card shows a small star.
- Right-click an item for Add to favourites, or press F on a computer.
- See them all under Favourites in the sidebar, or on a phone in Filters, under Show.
The archive
Archiving puts a save away without deleting it: it leaves every view and waits in the Archive.
- Press Archive in the details, or right-click an item and choose Archive.
- On a phone, in the list view, swipe a row to the right. Undo appears for a moment.
- Open Archive in the sidebar, or on a phone Archived in Filters, to see what you put away.
- To bring one back, open it and press Put back in the library, or right-click it and choose Restore. It is back where it was.
Delete for good
The bin in the details, or Delete in the item menu, removes a save from your library. KlipVault asks first.
